BostAnlytics - the Farm Crap App for Argentina

A long time ago we made the Farm Crap App for farmers to work out the nutrient value of their farm manure so they could stop buying commercial fertilisers but still report what they're spreading to the Government as required. This was done in collaboration with Duchy College as part of the SWARM Initiative. It won the Soil Association Innovation Award back in 2014, and ended up recommended by the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board.

It's back! We've been working with Dr. Robert Dunn at Rothamsted Research to make a simplified version, in Spanish and English, for farmers in Argentina - all free and open source, as usual. The translated name for the app in Argentina is 'BostAnlytics'.

The original app is really dated now, and it is no longer working well due to big changes in how operating systems work since we built it, so we needed to start from scratch with this new version, using a different system to build it. We're hoping that this will lay the foundations for us to do a bigger update one day on the original Crap App, as we know people are wanting to be able to use it.

The BostAnlytics app is now finished and ready to download.
